They are a well-established name in the manufacturing sector who are seeking an Engineering Administrator to support the engineering team with planning, scheduling, data management, and general administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Updating and managing CMMS data (component details, stock takes, inventory management)
- Daily updates of planning and scheduling board
- Processing initial contact forms and colleague RTW documentation
- Inputting holiday requests and related data
- Maintain and update Time Management Systems
- General administration including replying to emails, creating spreadsheets, presentations, contacting suppliers/OEM/Contractors
- Maintaining H&S and compliance with all company workplace safety standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- General administration experience
- Confident using CAD (AutoCAD or similar) software for technical drawings and document updates
- Knowledge of engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing process is beneficial but not essential
