Join a fast‑paced growing manufacturer in Redditch. This role focuses on supporting systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reliability Maintenance, devising PM schedules, parts control, and monitoring team performance. The position balances hands‑on and desk work, with full autonomy during night shift, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
There is flexibility with work hours. You will work four chosen nights across six nights, consisting of four 10‑hour shifts from Sunday to Friday.
This role suits a hands‑on maintenance engineer from an FMCG background who wants to step up into a senior position and doesn’t mind a hybrid hands‑on/desk role.

Experience Required
- Management experience within an engineering function
- Experience working in FMCG environment or similar fast‑paced manufacturing operation
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience managing projects from design to sign off
- In‑depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and logic control systems
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems
