We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Caistor. This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

Shift Pattern:
A 4 week rota including one Saturday in 4
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday 05:30 – 13:30, Friday 05:30 – 12:30
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:00 – 21:00, Friday 13:00 – 20:00
- Week 3: Monday – Thursday 05:30 – 13:30, Friday 05:30 – 12:30
- Week 4: Monday – Thursday 13:00 – 21:00, Friday 11:00 – 18:00, Saturday 06:00 – 18:00
The role:
You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.
Daily responsibilities:
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
- Completing planned preventative maintenance
- Keeping accurate maintenance records
- Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance
- Making sure everything is kept audit‑ready
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a multi‑skilled engineering role
- Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering
