Role Overview

We have grown sales and volume, outperformed the market, and laid foundations for more sustainable growth. You will take day-to-day responsibility, grow the team (currently 9), and continue business growth while we manage the big picture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a national sales team.
  • Conduct customer visits and support their needs.
  • Identify skill gaps and motivate team members.
  • Serve as the conduit between management and the sales team.
  • Gradually increase influence and input over strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in national sales management.
  • Proven track record of growing teams, increasing sales and margin.
  • Experience working with Builders Merchants, Contractors and Builders.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum. Bonus and benefits.
