The CNC Miller setter operator will support production processes for aluminium components that are optimised, reliable, and efficient. This hands‑on role is responsible for proving new programs, setting and operating 5‑Axis milling machines.
CNC Miller Setter Operator Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain 5‑axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prove new CNC programs and commission fixtures and cutting tools.
- Monitor dimensional reports, adjust offsets, and improve process capability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.
- Proven CNC machine setting experience within fast‑moving production environments.
- Skilled in 5-axis high‑speed machining of aluminium.
