What You\’ll Be Doing: Reporting to the Service Manager and Operations Director, this role is key role in supporting the administration and coordination of both the service and air quality divisions. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and issuing quotations for service work, testing, and training courses. Managing service and testing contracts. Scheduling engineer site visits and coordinating resources. Administering the CRM system and maintaining the customer database. Creating management reports and tracking customer feedback.
