Quality manager role and responsibilities: Monitor concrete testing at factories to ensure compliance with national standards and specifications. Maintain and update approved concrete mix designs in coordination with the Technical Team. Ensure all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are up-to-date and relevant to manufactured products. Identify, report, and manage non-conformances effectively. Prepare clear and concise technical and management reports. Support product and material trials, including innovation initiatives. Communicate regularly with Technical and Quality Teams to ensure alignment. Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety.
