My client is looking for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a large department in a market-leading heavy industry firm in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Working for a leading building materials organisation, they offer a great package and career progression for prospective employees.

As a successful applicant, you will have worked as an electrical maintenance engineer ideally in heavy industry. Other backgrounds are acceptable with a strong electrical skillset being essential.

The role will be a mixture of reactive maintenance and PPMs on machinery common in the manufacture of building materials. Examples of such are mixers, hoppers, drying systems, pumps, kilns and conveyors.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in electrical maintenance is essential.
  • NVQ/BTEC Level 3 Electrical qualifications are a must-have.
  • Heavy industry experience is preferable but not a deal breaker.
