Continuous Improvement Lead. Birmingham. Up to £55,000 per annum DOE. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading supplier of metals, as a Continuous Improvement Lead. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the operations, driving excellence across the site through innovation, leadership, and lean thinking. You will be responsible for developing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the plant. You will work cross-functionally with teams throughout the site to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and coach employees in lean tools and methodologies to drive sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment of our clients production system, including performance metrics and process standards. Develop and execute the site-wide improvement plan, aligning with the companys One Plan strategy. Lead and manage improvement projects focused on materials, yield, rework reduction, cost savings, and quality enhancements. Use Lean / Six Sigma tools to solve problems and eliminate waste.
