Watchmaker – Stirling Timepieces

Stirling Timepieces is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our growing workshop. In this role, you\’ll be entrusted with the assembly, servicing, and repair of our bespoke timepieces, from robust mechanical GMTs to precision quartz models, all crafted to meet the demands of military and professional use.

As a Stirling Watchmaker, you’ll be part of our growing team that values craftsmanship, technical excellence, and pride in producing watches that are worn and trusted in the field. You’ll be hands-on throughout the process, from diagnosing faults to assembling intricate components with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, service, and repair both mechanical and quartz timepieces to Stirling standards.
  • Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and fine adjustments across a range of calibres.
  • Ensure each watch meets strict benchmarks for accuracy, durability, and finish.
  • Maintain clear documentation of work performed and component usage.
