Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Stirling.

The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a property portfolio, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant inquiries, and ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, organizing move-ins and move-outs, managing rent collection and arrears processes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and the owner, preparing reports, and supporting letting activities as needed. The Property Manager will contribute to delivering responsive, high-quality service that supports long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a familiar field, with strong understanding of day-to-day property operations and tenancy processes.
  • Skills in tenant and client relationship management, including clear communication, conflict resolution, and delivering professional customer service.
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance and repairs, work with contractors, and ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Competence in administrative tasks and handling documentation related to leases and compliance.
  • Proficiency with property management systems, and comfort working with data and basic financial information (e.g., rent collection, invoices).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently on-site.
  • Knowledge of local property and tenancy regulations in Scotland is beneficial.
  • Property Mark, Letwell or Safeagent professional qualification in property management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
