Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building business in the security sector? Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing security division. You’ll play a key role in expanding their presence by delivering manned guarding and technical security solutions that keep their customers' sites safe and secure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business: Proactively identify, target, and convert opportunities within the manned guarding security industry.
  • Building relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with new and existing client contacts.
  • Tailoring solutions: Conduct site visits and collaborate with technical teams to design integrated security packages.
  • Winning contracts: Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Staying ahead: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to shape sales strategy.

What we are looking for:
