About the role:

As we continue to evolve, we have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team.

Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel – team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:

  • Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
  • Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
  • Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
  • Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.
