Highly successful International business requires an experienced Business Transformation Manager for a long-term interim role based at new offices in Guildford, Surrey.
Reporting to the CFO, the Business Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving positive change across all back office functions with a primary focus on cost efficiency, productivity improvement and operational excellence. Key duties include:
- Identification and delivery of transformation initiatives across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Administration
- Driving productivity through workflow automation, AI and Power Platform
- Acting as the bridge between key business units during cross-functional initiatives
- Ensuring delivery of automation initiatives to deliver sustainable business value
- Identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and productivity improvement
- Developing implementation roadmaps to manage and evaluate transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with IT department and technical teams
- Managing transformation projects from identification to implementation
- Establishing KPI frameworks and benefits tracking mechanisms
- Monitoring achievement of savings, productivity and service-level improvements
- Developing communication and stakeholder engagement plans
- Encouraging continuous improvement and innovation across all support functions
The Business Transformation Manager will be an experienced Project Management Professional with a proven track record of driving and managing change. Graduate calibre, you are likely to have Prince 2, Agile Project Management or Lean Six Sigma. The jobholder will be an influential communicator with the ability to drive organisational change and lead cross-functional projects. In addition, you will have had exposure to AI, Power Platform and automation technologies.
