Overview

We are looking for a Support Worker Early Childhood Educator (SWECE) to join the team at St Ninians Nursery Class. Candidates should hold or be working towards a relevant ELC qualification, at minimum of SCQF level 6. This role provides a career pathway in ELC where you can build experience and where relevant be supported to gain further qualifications and / or progress to Practitioner level.

You will work within enthusiastic and hard-working teams to create stimulating learning opportunities that deliver a high quality, child-centred education.

This is a permanent part-time position (26.25 hours per week). The candidate is required to be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm on a 52 week contract.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
