Are you a nurturing, motivated individual looking to make a meaningful difference in children's lives? Drymen Primary School is seeking a dedicated Support Learning Assistant to join our close-knit staff team.

In this role, you will work directly with children who have a range of Additional Support Needs (ASN), helping them reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Support: Work closely with pupils to help them achieve their individual learning targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with children to boost their confidence and engagement.
  • Daily Supervision: Supervise and assist children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal needs are met.
  • Resource Preparation: Under the guidance of the class teacher, prepare creative classroom resources and activities that enrich the learning experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Willing to be First Aid trained.
