St Ninians Primary School seeks to appoint a motivated and organised Support for Learning Assistant. Working as part of the Support for Learning team, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs through planned activities, delivered in class, in small groups and on an individual basis, including outdoor learning, to promote attainment and inclusion. You will also supervise and support pupils during break and lunchtime, promoting positive relationships and wellbeing through a restorative approach.
Our school is committed to inclusion and provides a supportive, nurturing environment for learners and staff. You will be a positive team member within a friendly and forward-thinking staff team. Relevant experience and a commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing are essential. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.
