An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Roofer to join our Housing Property and Assets Operational and Responsive Repairs team. The candidate should be a fully qualified roofer, have good communication skills and be committed to providing an excellent service delivery for our customers.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

Responsibilities- Join our Housing Property and Assets Operational and Responsive Repairs team as a Roofer.
- Provide a high standard of service delivery to our customers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to support service delivery.
- Fully qualified roofer.
- Good communication skills.
- Committed to providing an excellent service delivery for customers.
- Willingness to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check.
- 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service). Pro-rated for part time roles.
- Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements where the role allows. Balance across teams with 2-3 days per week in the office.
- Biennial incremental progression until top of your payscale is reached.
