We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our caring and professional team of Registrars of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships. You will take a lead role in delivering Registration Services across the Stirling Council area, and in the absence of the District Registrar will ensure that the services are provided. You will train Registration employees.

You must have up to date Registration experience and a Certificate of Proficiency in the Law and Practice of Registration. Consideration will be given to applicants without registration experience or the qualification but would be willing to work towards gaining the Certificate of Proficiency in the Law and Practice of Registration. In this circumstance, you would begin as an Assistant Registrar and move to the salary of Registrar as advertised once the qualification has been successfully achieved.
