The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Stirling Council are looking to recruit two painter and decorators to join our in-house trades team. We provide a repairs and maintenance service across our housing portfolio including those to tenanted and void properties as well as undertake capital investment, refurbishment and adaptations.

The successful candidate must have the necessary skills, experience and knowledge in all aspects of painting and decorating and be proficient in wallpaper hanging along with painting preparation and finishing both internal and external. The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and be prepared to participate in an out of hours/standby service. The successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check.
