Stirling Council is seeking an experienced and visionary ICT leader to champion digital innovation and deliver our ICT Strategy and Technology Roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to ensure secure, intelligent, and sustainable services for our communities while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Oversee hybrid cloud adoption, SaaS solutions, and modern workplace tools for mobile and flexible working.
  • Enable Smart Services: Harness AI, IoT, and data analytics for insight-driven outcomes.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance: Manage budgets effectively and maintain ICT policies aligned with ITIL, COBIT frameworks, and national standards.
