A new post within our extensive housing management team has arisen for a Housing Visiting Assistant. This post allows the successful candidate to attend any forced entries within our housing stock, alongside trades colleagues, to ensure access is given in order that we are complying with safety regulations. You will be out of the office for most of the working day due to forced entries being the main responsibility of the post. The successful candidate will also attend other visits with a range of Officers where a witness is required. There will be an opportunity to update our housing system through the work involved and you should be prepared to signpost to other relevant services or agencies.
