We're currently recruiting a Floorlayer with experience of carpet, sheet vinyl & LVT fitting along with wet floor shower installation to join our Capital Investment & Technical Team-a key team responsible for delivering essential property upgrades. From modernising kitchens and bathrooms to major works such as re-furbishing properties and working in new builds, you'll play an important part in improving homes and communities across Stirling.

What you'll be doing:

You'll support our skilled trades teams across a wide range of projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a varied, active role where no two days are the same-you might be assisting on-site, transporting materials, or working directly with colleagues and tenants.

What we're looking for:

  • Practical experience of installing all types of floor coverings including carpets, LVT and sheet vinyl's including in wet rooms
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills when working with colleagues, managers, and tenants
  • Experience working of working in peoples homes
  • A full driving licence (Category B/C1)
  • Good level of physical fitness
