We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Family Link Worker to join the team here at Borestone Primary. We need someone who can promote emotional, social, and physical health, often working alongside school staff and counselors to support pupil and family wellbeing. You would be expected to focus on creating, implementing, and monitoring health-related initiatives to foster a positive, nurturing environment.

The Family Link Worker will help identify and support children, sometimes working with educational psychologists or specialist teachers, with a strong focus on family learning and improving attendance. The key tasks would include delivering interventions, fostering, building relationships with the school team, families and pupils, and promoting active, healthy lifestyles.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.
