We’re currently recruiting two Driver/Labourers with construction experience to join our Capital Investment & Technical Team, a key team responsible for delivering essential property upgrades. From modernising kitchens and bathrooms to major works such as re-roofing, rewiring, and heating installations, you’ll play an important part in improving homes and communities across Stirling.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll support our skilled trades teams across a wide range of projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- This is a varied, active role where no two days are the same; you might be assisting on-site, transporting materials, or working directly with colleagues and tenants.
What we’re looking for:
- Practical construction/building experience
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills when working with colleagues, managers, and tenants
- Experience working at height and using access equipment
- A full driving licence (Category B/C1)
- Good level of physical fitness
