Are you customer focused with a drive to deliver excellent customer service? We have a great opportunity to work within our Customer Service Team based predominantly at our reception areas within Old Viewforth and Customer First (there will be the requirement to cover other customer service areas during any periods of annual leave or absence). You will be the face of Stirling Council and offer advice and support to your customers on all aspects of services offered.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work 35 hours per week during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

- 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service) pro-rated for part time roles.
