Job Description
Stirling Council is looking for a part-time fixed term community Planning Officer to provide coordination and administrative support to Stirling's Gender Based Violence Partnership and Community Justice Partnership. The role will focus on governance, meeting administration, action tracking, partner communications, reporting coordination and contract monitoring arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise and support quarterly GBV Partnership meetings.
- Organise and support quarterly Community Justice Partnership meetings.
- Produce agendas, minutes and action logs.
- Monitor and progress agreed actions where appropriate.
- Coordinate routine reporting and partnership returns.
- Support contract monitoring arrangements with funded organisations.
- Provide support to associated subgroups as capacity allows.
- Maintain partnership records and document management systems.
