Stirling Council are recruiting a team member to join their Culture and Events team at Tolbooth and The Albert Halls Stirling. Tolbooth and The Albert Halls are the home of live music, the arts and events in Stirling, and we are looking for someone with a passion for events to join our team and help to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers. As well as live music and the performing arts, our venues host a range of events such as celebrations, conferences, talks, craft markets and weddings.

The Box Office & Admin Assistant will have a dual role - supporting the delivery of events and working toward department income targets as an assistant to the Customer Services Officer, as well as front-of-house duties with responsibility for providing a warm welcome and up to date information for our attendees and those hiring our venue. This is the ideal role for someone looking to begin a career in event management, and while some experience is preferred, training will be provided on all areas of the process, from point of contact, to delivery and post event procedures.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check.
