The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Convenience Attendant to join our team within Stirling Council. You will support our Facilities Management Service to cover cleaning duties within the Stirling catchment area.

The post will involve providing a professional cleaning service as and when required covering holidays and absences in Schools, Nurseries and Council offices. Cleaning is required to be covered from Monday - Friday and paid at Stirling Council Grade 2.

Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery including electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers and vacuum cleaners. You should also be able to clean surfaces to head height and be prepared to work alone.

Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications. Personal protective equipment, tools and training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
