Raploch Primary is a non-denominational school serving the Raploch area of Stirling and is situated within Raploch Community Campus in Drip Road. At Raploch Primary, nurturing and inclusive practices are part of our culture and ethos, and learners' experiences are a priority.

An opportunity has arisen for a Principal Teacher to join the nurturing, dynamic, values-driven, inclusive and dedicated team at Raploch Primary. As Principal Teacher you will be a core member of the school’s leadership team and will have delegated operational management responsibility for curricular and pastoral areas of work in addition to teaching an assigned class.

You will model the highest standards of learning and teaching and will inspire, motivate and support colleagues in the development of their own classroom practice. You will have excellent pedagogical knowledge of learning and teaching and a depth of exemplary teaching experience, including relevant experience of closing the attainment gap.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a busy team and build positive relationships with parents and the wider community. Applicants should have experience in innovative lesson planning, play pedagogy, and digital technologies to enhance and support learning.
