We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Homeless Team as Service Co‐ordinator for Homeless Prevention/MAPPA. In this role, you will supervise the Homeless Teams, with a focus on Homeless Prevention, Housing Support and Admin Teams, ensuring high‐quality service delivery and compliance with statutory duties. You will oversee homelessness decision‐making, manage performance targets and data returns, and respond to complaints and Councillor enquiries.
You will also hold legal responsibility for administering and attending MAPPA activity, working closely with partner agencies to support effective risk management and safe housing solutions. We are looking for someone with strong supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to continuous service improvement within a fast‐paced, multidisciplinary environment.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults. - 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service) Pro-rated for part time roles.
