We are looking for enthusiastic Pool Supply Support Worker Early Childhood Educators (SWECE) to work at various locations throughout the Stirling Council area. Successful candidates will support a variety of nurseries across Stirlingshire; therefore, access to your own transport is essential.

Candidates should hold or be working towards a relevant ELC qualification, at a minimum of SCQF level 6. This role provides a career pathway in ELC where interested SWECEs can, in the future, explore further training to work towards a level 7 qualification and be equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to work alongside our settings to deliver high-quality practice. You will work within a variety of teams supporting our children and families. We are looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, and adaptable.

Pool Supply SWECEs gain valuable skills and knowledge from a variety of highly skilled teams throughout Stirling Council. It is an ideal opportunity to further your experience and build confidence in your practice. This is a temporary full-time post where you will work as a Pool SWECE in a variety of settings.

Pool staff are generally required to work shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday; however, set shifts of Monday to Friday 10am-6pm or 4 days 8am-6pm can be discussed at interview. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.
