An opportunity has opened for an additional Private Rented Housing Enforcement Officer post. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who can contribute to the existing team to undertake the delivery, compliance and enforcement of Stirling Council's licensing schemes for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), Short Term Let (STLs) properties, registration of private landlords, alongside other aspects of regulating private sector housing landlords and private rented properties.

This post requires a minimum HNC in Housing Studies or Construction or Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification. The successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 1 Disclosure check. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
