An exciting opportunity has arisen at Infrastructure Delivery, Stirling Council, at Borestone Primary School for a permanent job share janitor.
The post involves providing janitorial services on a term-time basis (41 weeks per annum) in support of the school community.
Working hours for the post are Monday to Wednesday, 07:30-09:30, then a split shift resuming at 11:30 β 15:30 (including a 30-minute unpaid break), paid at Stirling Council Grade 4.
Personal protective equipment will be provided, along with training where necessary.
Applicants should be physically fit, as porterage and other heavy lifting are significant parts of the role, and be prepared to work outdoors in inclement weather at times.
Occasional voluntary overtime work in the evenings to cover school lettings will also be available.
Applicants should have a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to utilize Stirling Council\βs online training and HR IT applications.
