LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a HR Associate Business Partner to join their People and Community Wellbeing team. At Stirling Council, our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people in overcoming the challenges we face. We know it is critical for us to build these services to ensure that we have a People function with the resource and talent required to help achieve our council’s aims and ambitions. Our key priorities include driving forward best practice in policy and processes; delivering fully on our commitment to the Scottish Fair Work framework; and developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practice, all to effectively support the vital work we do for Stirling’s communities.
As HR Assistant Business Partner, you will report to the HR Business Lead and provide HR advice and guidance to Managers, trade unions and colleagues in allocated service areas. This role will provide professional advice and response to a range of standard HR enquiries relating to HR terms and conditions, policy, processes, journeys, and transactions which ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
We are looking for an individual with experience in an HR position providing professional support, advice and guidance on standard and non-standard HR matters in an operational environment. You will have up to date knowledge of employment law and its practical application and be working towards membership of CIPD Associate Level 5.
