We have an exciting opportunity to join the Reablement & TEC Team in the Stirling Area, making a difference to people\’s lives. Our team members work to agreed outcome support plans providing an enabling approach to individuals living in their own homes within their communities.

The post holder will work as part of the Clacks and Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership, working alongside Allied Health Professionals (Physios & OTs) and other professionals in a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder would be expected to undertake care tasks that support people in their daily living tasks and promote self-care of long-term medical conditions. We are looking for people who can be responsive, flexible, and work professionally.

We have two full-time positions and one part-time position for 22 hours weekly.

You should be able to work shift patterns on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to register with the SSSC and attain the appropriate qualification (SVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care), which we will support you with through comprehensive training and covering associated costs.

If you are enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, and committed, and have experience in supporting others or customer service, we would like to hear from you.

You should hold a full, current driving licence that enables you to drive legally in the UK.
