A rare opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our senior management team as a temporary Principal Teacher. If you feel this may be the post for you, you will be expected to contribute to and support our nurturing, dynamic, values-driven, inclusive and dedicated team here at Dunblane Primary School.
You will be delegated responsibility for curricular and pastoral areas of school and in addition teach an assigned class. You will have a key role in supporting the school improvement plan and evaluating the progress within it, as well as translating the developments into everyday classroom realities for your peers.
As a Principal Teacher at Dunblane Primary School, you will be an exemplary practitioner who models the highest standards of learning, teaching, and assessment. You possess deep pedagogical knowledge and a proven track record of teaching excellence, including a strong capacity for supporting children with a range of Additional Support Needs (ASN).
