Are you customer focused with a drive to deliver excellent customer service? We have a great opportunity to work within our Customer Service Team based predominantly at our reception within Raploch Community Campus (there will be the requirement to cover other customer service areas during any periods of annual leave or absence). You will be the face of Stirling Council and offer advice and support to your customers on all aspects of services offered. You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work 21 hours per week during the hours of 0830 to 1600 Monday to Wednesday.
