Salary: £11,268- £11,494

Hours: 15 per week

The post will involve providing caretaking services within the Halls and Centres team on a part-time 15 hour per week basis in support of the local community. Working hours for the post will be on a shift basis Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-22:00 paid at Stirling Council Grade 4.

Personal protective equipment will be provided and training where necessary. Applicants will need to be physically fit, as porterage and other heavy lifting forms a large part of the role, and be prepared at times to work outdoors in inclement weather. Applicants must also have a current driving licence. Occasional weekend working may be required.

Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults.
