As a PA/Business support Officer you will provide comprehensive business support and confidential PA and secretarial support to Senior Management in a professional, effective and efficient manner.

\\n

The post holder will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, setting up systems, organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands. There is a broad range of work, frequently non-routine, in a variety of environments.

\\n

This post is split 50/50 between providing PA Support to HSCP Chief Nurse along with providing comprehensive and confidential support & co-ordination around the responding to complaints, FOIs and Members enquiries across the totality of HSCP delegated services.

The post holder will be required to provide a broad range of duties using a high level of initiative, working with minimum support and guidance to contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality responsive administrative support.
