We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teacher of Art & Design who will ensure our young people are provided with the very best opportunities to develop, deliver the highest standards of learning and teaching, contribute to the positive learning environment within our Learning and Development spaces and provide targeted learning support to young people who will benefit from this.
The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and creative, with the ability to motivate and inspire others while ensuring the faculty meets the diverse needs of McLaren High School’s young people. Strong organisational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
McLaren High School is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland, on the southern edge of Callander—an easy commute from the Central Belt, just 25 minutes from Stirling and 45 minutes from Glasgow.
