We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst – Device Provisioning to join our IT Modern Workspace – End User Computing (EUC) team. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and optimised for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices using Microsoft Office365 Admin Consoles and SCCM.
  • Design and implement Group Policies that support organisational compliance, security, and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to diagnose and resolve complex device-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to end-user training and support materials.
  • Continuously monitor and report on device performance, compliance, and utilisation metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and innovation within device management processes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in device provisioning, configuration, and management in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Strong experience with Group Policy design and administration.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Skills & Certifications

  • Experience managing Chromebooks and supporting Google Workspace for Education (e.g., Google Classroom).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent.
  • Awareness of security best practices in endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with device lifecycle automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
