We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised, and nurturing individual to join Our Lady’s team. Our Lady’s is a small school with 5 classes situated within the Raploch Campus, which has a family feel. As an Admin Assistant, you will carry out a variety of administrative duties, liaising directly with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and School’s Resource Officer. The position is for 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 12 pm).
The successful candidate must be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application progresses after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

- 30 days of annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years of continuous service), pro-rated for part-time roles.

- Biennial incremental progression until reaching the top of your pay scale.
