We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Bannockburn Dental Practice, Stirling, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands‑on patient care while playing a central role in shaping how exceptional dentistry is delivered, how teams grow, and how the practice continues to evolve.

Role Structure

  • Work 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist
  • Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function
