As our Relief Chef, you’ll be responsible for the preparation and delivery of nutritionally exciting and unique menus for the school catering services within your area. Focusing on fresh, sustainable ingredients, you’ll combine your creative flair and originality to deliver the highest quality food and service, helping us make a real stir in the school catering world!

Role Responsibility

You'll be using our recipes, designed with maximum nutrition in mind, to create delicious meals every day.

Help the team ensure every student and staff member has a fantastic dining experience—it's all about service with a smile!

Manage the preparation and delivery of special hospitality requests for our clients.

Keep everything safe and spotless by ensuring the highest standards of Food Hygiene, Allergen control, and Health and Safety.

Be a positive role model, providing outstanding support and guidance to your fantastic team.

Forge positive relationships with both clients and the customers you serve.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You’ve got craft-based experience using fresh ingredients (school catering experience is a bonus!).
  • You hold Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 (we’ll provide more training if required).
  • You're an expert in kitchen Health and Safety practices.
  • You're self‑motivated, bursting with creativity, and great at using your own initiative.
  • You have basic computer skills and can navigate different systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
