Senior Product Manger
Department: Product
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: London, UK
Compensation: £80,000 - £110,000 / year
Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Stint’s Scheduling product, a critical part of our platform. You’ll deliver meaningful value to partners by improving how labour is deployed, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This is a role for someone who can think deeply about problems, challenge whether a proposed direction really makes sense, and help shape better solutions in a fast-paced environment, where priorities evolve quickly and decisions need to be made with confidence. You’ll work closely with executives, Commercial, Engineering, and Data teams to decide what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver meaningful value for our partners.
We’re looking for someone who is pragmatic, highly organised, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and delivery-focused. You’ll need to bring clarity to ambiguity, ask the right questions to move things forward, lead groups of people towards a shared goal, and follow through with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
We also want someone who is curious about using AI, automation, and better systems of working to reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and create more space for deep problem-solving.
We are an office-first, collaborative team, and this role is based in Camden.
What you will be doing:
- Own the Scheduling product end to end, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through to delivery, launch, and measurable impact.
- Develop a deep understanding of our partners’ operational realities, using those insights to build products that create clear, measurable value for them and for Stint.
- Challenge assumptions and proposed solutions constructively, asking the right questions to uncover better approaches and make stronger product decisions.
- Turn strategic goals into clear, actionable product initiatives, with well-defined priorities, trade-offs, success measures, and delivery plans.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Engineering, and Data to take ideas from concept to launch, ensuring every feature solves a real business problem.
- Manage multiple product workstreams at once, keeping priorities clear, stakeholders aligned, decisions documented, and delivery moving at pace.
- Bring a high level of detail to product delivery, ensuring requirements, edge cases, dependencies, decisions, and success measures are clearly understood and followed through.
- Use AI, automation, and better systems of working to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and create more time for deep problem-solving.
- Lead fast, iterative development cycles, speaking regularly to partners and internal teams to identify insights, test assumptions, learn quickly, and refine as we go.
- Bring cross-functional teams together around a common goal, ensuring everyone understands the outcome, the trade-offs, and their role in delivering it.
This position might suit you, if:
- You have 3+ years’ experience in Product Management or a closely related product delivery role, with a track record of owning and delivering high-value, partner-facing products or features that created measurable impact.
- You are a strong critical thinker who can challenge direction constructively, identify weak assumptions, and help shape a better path forward.
- You ask sharp, progressive questions to quickly build context, understand what matters, and make forward-moving decisions without waiting for perfect information.
- You are highly organised and can manage several workflows at once without losing sight of the bigger goal.
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your thinking, communication, documentation, and follow-through.
- You are pragmatic and delivery-focused, you care about making useful things happen, not creating process for process’ sake.
- You are curious about AI and automation, using them to reduce manual work and create more space for deep problem-solving and high-impact decisions.
- You can bring people together around a common goal, create clarity in ambiguity, and keep teams moving.
- You are comfortable moving between strategic discussions and detailed product or operational deep-dives.
- You are proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to make progress in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
