At Stint, we’re using AI tools to transform how hospitality businesses operate. We started by building the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Pret a Manger, Gails, and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with an AI tool – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate. In just 10 months, our new AI software has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to multiply that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to take ownership of how we hire at Stint. You’ll be the person who shapes our hiring engine - from how we attract talent to how candidates experience us - working directly with our founder and team leads to build the team that will define our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You’ll be our only dedicated recruiter, owning processes end-to-end and setting the standard for how we scale. It’s perfect for someone ready to step up, take real responsibility early in their career, and play a central role in building a company. We are an office-first, collaborative team and this role is based in Camden 5 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Own Stint’s end-to-end hiring process, from role scoping and sourcing strategy through to offers and onboarding.
- Partner closely with founder and hiring managers to shape role briefs, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Design and continuously improve our recruitment processes - making it fast, structured, and candidate-friendly as we scale.
- Be the first touchpoint for candidates, setting the tone for what it feels like to interview at Stint.
- Build talent pipelines across our teams, proactively sourcing and engaging great people before we need them.
- Track hiring performance and identify ways to improve speed, quality, and experience.
- Support key moments in the employee journey - including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to the broader people and office experience where helpful (e.g. onboarding logistics, occasional socials or team moments), with recruitment remaining the clear priority.
- Help shape how we tell our story to talent, from job specs to employer brand to candidate communications.
This role might suit you, if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and are ready for more ownership.
- You’re excited by the idea of being the person who builds a hiring function, not just running a process.
- You’re confident partnering with senior stakeholders and can influence decisions with clarity and confidence.
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and timelines at once.
- You’re proactive and comfortable figuring things out - you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- You care deeply about candidate experience and building great teams.
- You want to work in a fast-moving environment where your impact is visible and meaningful.
What we can offer you:
- Private medical insurance
- A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
- Office gym membership
- Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
- Dog friendly office!
- Free office fruit and snacks
- Office dinner if working late
- Regular office breakfasts and lunches
