At Stint, we’re using AI tools to transform how hospitality businesses operate. We started by building the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Pret a Manger, Gails, and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with an AI tool – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate. In just 10 months, our new AI software has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to 100x that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.

We’re looking for Commercial Associates to take ownership of the most critical part of our business - our customers. You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships with some of the biggest names in hospitality, and help drive adoption of our product across hundreds of sites, whilst uncovering opportunities that push both our partners and Stint forward. This is a hands-on role. A big part of your time will be spent out in the field visiting sites, building trust with teams, spotting issues early, and ensuring partners are getting tangible value from Stint. You’ll work directly with our Commercial Director, Operations Director and Founder, and wider teams to keep partners successful and drive growth. We are an office-first, collaborative team and this role is based in Camden ~4 days a week.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and deepen relationships with general managers and senior stakeholders across our partner network - becoming the person they trust to keep their operations running smoothly.
  • Be regularly on site with partners, understanding how they use Stint in the real world, spotting challenges early, and building strong day-to-day relationships that drive long-term success.
  • Drive partner success by working closely with sites to understand their business challenges and ensure they're realising measurable business benefits from our platform (e.g., improved labour efficiency, increased sales performance, time saved for General Managers).
  • Spot and drive opportunities for upsell, expansion, and wider adoption - turning strong relationships into long-term commercial growth.
  • Proactively monitor partner health, jump on issues before they escalate, and take ownership of retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Collaborate across Stint, from Customer Support to Product to Data - to resolve issues fast and ensure we deliver consistently great service across every account.
  • Present performance insights to stakeholders by running regular reviews with site and regional leaders to share usage metrics, progress, and opportunities.

This position might suit you, if:

  • You enjoy being out in the field and building real relationships face-to-face, not just managing accounts from behind a screen.
  • You’re a genuine people person who builds trust quickly and gets energy from speaking with customers and internal teams.
  • You’re commercially minded - you can turn insight into impact, and data into direction.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and love environments where things move fast and change often.
  • You’re organised and can juggle multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • You’re excited by the chance to help build something game-changing - with a clear path to grow into a leadership role as Stint scales.

What we can offer you:

  • Private medical insurance
  • A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
  • Office gym membership
  • Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
  • Dog friendly office!
  • Free office fruit and snacks
  • Office dinner if working late
  • Regular office breakfasts and lunches
