At Stint, we’re using AI tools to transform how hospitality businesses operate. We started by building the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Pret a Manger, Gails, and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with an AI tool – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate. In just 10 months, our new AI software has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to multiply that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.
We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join the Stint Brand & Marketing Team. This is a hands-on, ideas-driven role where every day is different. Reporting directly to the Brand Lead, you’ll have the chance to get stuck in and make your mark from day one. Work on a wide range of design projects, from digital campaigns to print / events materials and everything in between. You'll play a central part in driving our growth, retention, and customer experience for both university students and business partner users.
What you will be doing:
- Work alongside the Brand Lead to design a diverse range of brand materials, including social media graphics, email assets and templates, presentations, collateral for onboarding new business partners as well as fun university events for students, plus much more.
- Assist the Brand Lead with a full website redesign to align it with our updated product offering, messaging and brand proposition for our business partners.
- Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to our branding and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions that support their targets and the wider company initiatives.
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, often with tight deadlines.
- Consistently use Stint’s tone of voice within copywriting across your work.
- Be a Stint brand guardian! Ensure all of our communications are on-brand and consistent.
This position might suit you if:
- You have a degree in Graphic Design.
- You have 2-5 years experience in a fast paced environment designing assets independently.
- You have a strong, wide-ranging portfolio showcasing your design skills and personality.
- You’re a proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- You’re proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- You have the ability to artwork designs to print and digital specifications.
- You have a keen eye for detail, typography, copy and layout.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise autonomously and take ownership of projects under pressure and time constraints.
- You enjoy contributing new and exciting creative ideas.
- You stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
Bonus points if:
- You have experience or an interest in motion graphics / animation.
- You have a strong interest in joining an in-house team and tech startup (that can be a little crazy!).
- You have a passion for hospitality and an understanding of the latest trends.
What we can offer you:
- £35,000+ (depending on level of experience)
- Private medical insurance
- A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
- Office gym membership
- Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
- Dog friendly office!
- Free office fruit and snacks
- Office dinner if working late
- Regular office breakfasts and lunches
