Our Sales team located in London, UK, is looking for a Growth Director, Key Accounts. The purpose of this position is to drive business development and growth opportunities through dedicated customer‑centric service delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining a holistic and continuous focus on service excellence; and will be accountable for identifying and nurturing business development opportunities with existing Key Client/s and new prospects.
Your day‑to‑day:
- Responsible for managing P&L for assigned clients and new business opportunities – Ensuring both topline and EBITDA targets are achieved.
- Focused on growing our largest CTV partnerships in Europe and Asia with frequent travel to meet clients in their offices and trade shows.
- Familiar with building strong relationships within the organisation of clients at multiple levels.
- Build a culture of high performance and engagement; through effective leadership; mentoring, developing and retaining superstar talent.
- Set ambitious objectives and drive results through effective teamwork, maintaining a consistent focus on continuous improvement to ensure the function achieves KPIs and operates in best practice.
- Lead the matrixed teams in delivering excellence in customer‑centric services.
- Designing and implementing a customer‑centric, local, business development strategy in line with the overall group strategy, ensuring delivery is as per global mission.
- Revenue management and forecasting on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Develop and cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders in the Business and act as the key point of contact for all customer related queries, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Identify and expedite opportunities to up/cross‑sell new solutions; seek opportunities to enhance the value proposition and drive revenue/margin realisation.
- Continually assess the market/industry remaining vigilant for insights and opportunities that enable us to act fast and offer proactive solutions.
- Owning the relationship with assigned clients, growing existent business new business opportunities and continuously looking for new opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content, Advertising) to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions.
- Effectively collaborating with internal and external customers on business‑related support activities for troubleshooting/Issue resolution.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent the company at community events and other business‑related meetings, promoting the company products and services.
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the Digital Media, Music, Mobile and Consumer Electronic landscape.
- Ability to influence and persuasively articulate a value proposition.
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of clientele and superior customer service skills.
- Encouraging to a team and able to mentor and lead the team.
- Able to analyse problems and strategise for better solutions.
- Knowledgeable of sales process from initiation to close.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
- Solid negotiation skills with a proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management.
- Strong analytical skills and previous experience with revenue forecasting.
- Fluent in English and one additional language: Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Korean.
